Individual Therapy consists of 45 to 50 minutes one-on-one sessions to help you resolve your concerns. In addition to listening, I will ask questions and guide you through solutions you know but need help to see for yourself. I play an active role – as we work step-by-step.

Hearing your story, I will start to understand your challenges. Keeping your unique goals in mind, we’ll determine what’s needed to help you reach them.

I provide a safe, accepting space so that you will feel comfortable sharing your struggles with me. We will start by addressing immediate concerns like managing difficult emotions and challenging life situations. We will also work to discover the underlying goals to help create success in your therapy and life.

Throughout our sessions, you will progress toward your desired life. Research shows that Individual Therapy can positively change your thinking, beliefs, emotions, and behaviors. It can help you let go of what’s holding you back.
